We are the Patio Furniture Manufacturer, and more than 300 orders received everyday from customers in South Africa and from Overseas (Export Orders), So we have to prudently inspect every individual part/order/product, in order to check all the parts are correctly made & packed before we can delivery your order, that's why your order delivery time is 7 to 21 working days. How to track my parcel during transit?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, it will be delivered to you via one of our couriers. Details of the courier and tracking number we have used to ship your specific consignment can be found in the Order Status "Shipped" email we have sent you.

• We will email you the waybill number and tracking number as soon as your order is shipped
• We will provide you a link to track box delivery status as soon as your order is shipped
• To track the delivery status of your order please have your waybill number handy.
• To view your order and delivery status you have to logon to your account and click on the "Order Number"
• Delivery Tracking is available only after an order has shipped.
• Packages shipped via freight may not have accessible tracking information for up to 3-10 hours after you receive the tracking number. Some items require special shipping arrangements and may not be traceable
